SPARKLING SPRUCE FERMENTED – GRAN (Special Edt.)
Fresh, well-balanced acidity, clear notes of citrus, the scent of spring rain in the spruce forest, herbal hints of rosemary, long and delightful finish. A homage to the serene whispers of the Swedish forest.

Pairing: Autumnal flavors such as grilled root vegetables, mushrooms, good aged hard cheese or venison. The serving temperature range of 8-12°C allows it’s bright and fruity character to truly bloom.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, green Sencha tea** (0.5%), sprout shoots (0.4%), kombucha culture, carbon dioxide. May contain residual products of kombucha culture. TEA: Sencha, Guizhou, China.
